Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Administration & Social Media Management
  • Schedule and manage social media announcements across platforms (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create, publish, and optimize engaging social media content to drive community interaction.
  • Maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report on social media and campaign performance.

Community Growth & Engagement:

  • Develop and manage social media sprints, engagement quests, and interactive campaigns.
  • Foster organic community discussions and encourage participation in events and promotions.
  • Assist in organizing AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and other community-driven initiatives.
  • Identify and engage with brand advocates, influencers, and potential partnerships to amplify reach.
  • Respond to community queries, feedback, and discussions in a timely and engaging manner.

Content Creation & Support:

  • Write compelling short-form and long-form content, including social posts, newsletters, and community updates.
  • Assist in crafting promotional materials, website updates, and campaign messaging.
  • Work closely with designers and other team members to create engaging marketing assets.
